1. Effective Date
These Terms of Use are effective as of April 28, 2026.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using this website, submitting a form, requesting an estimate, or communicating with StartWebTop through this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use this website.
These Terms apply to website use and general service inquiries. A separate written proposal, estimate, invoice, statement of work, or service agreement may apply to paid work. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed or written project agreement, the project agreement controls for that specific project.
3. Who We Are
StartWebTop provides website development, basic SEO setup, SEO support, Google Business Profile / Maps support, Google / Meta Ads setup, landing page support, and related digital services for service-based businesses.
You can contact StartWebTop at: hello@startwebtop.net.
4. Website Information
The content on this website is provided for general informational and business purposes. StartWebTop makes reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions, pricing references, examples, and website content accurate, but the information may change without notice.
Website content does not create a client relationship, service agreement, guarantee, or obligation to provide services. A project begins only after StartWebTop and the client confirm the scope, pricing, responsibilities, and payment terms in writing.
5. Service Estimates and Pricing
Any prices shown on this website are starting prices or general service references unless clearly stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on project scope, page count, content needs, design complexity, forms, integrations, SEO scope, advertising setup, revisions, deadlines, and any additional requirements.
Estimates, proposals, and quotes may expire or change if project details, client requirements, third-party costs, or timelines change.
6. Project Scope
Each project may have its own scope, deliverables, timeline, revision limits, payment schedule, and responsibilities. The agreed scope may be documented in an estimate, proposal, invoice, email confirmation, statement of work, or written service agreement.
Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and additional time. This may include extra pages, new sections, new forms, new design directions, additional revisions, content rewriting, image preparation, SEO expansion, advertising changes, technical integrations, troubleshooting, hosting work, or third-party platform setup.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information needed to complete the project. This may include business details, service descriptions, service areas, contact information, branding materials, project photos, reviews, licenses, warranty details, access to existing accounts, and feedback.
- Provide accurate business and service information
- Confirm that submitted materials may be used in the project
- Review drafts, pages, forms, and project details in a timely manner
- Provide access to websites, hosting, domains, analytics, forms, or advertising accounts when required
- Approve final content, claims, legal pages, pricing, disclaimers, and business details before publication
- Maintain any required licenses, permits, professional credentials, or compliance obligations for the business
8. Client Materials
By providing text, photos, logos, videos, graphics, reviews, testimonials, business information, or other materials to StartWebTop, you confirm that you have the right to use those materials and authorize StartWebTop to use them for the project.
StartWebTop is not responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the client, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, licensing, or accuracy issues.
9. Third-Party Tools and Services
Projects may involve third-party tools or platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, Formspree, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, email providers, CRM tools, payment processors, or other services.
StartWebTop does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, account restrictions, data loss, security incidents, platform limitations, or service interruptions.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own third-party accounts, billing, login credentials, ownership settings, and compliance with each third-party platform’s terms.
10. Payments, Deposits, and Invoices
Payment terms are defined in the relevant estimate, invoice, proposal, or written agreement. A project may require a deposit, milestone payment, recurring monthly payment, or full payment before delivery, depending on the scope.
Late payments may delay work, delivery, launch, support, or access to final files. StartWebTop may pause work or withhold final delivery until outstanding balances are paid.
11. Cancellations and Project Delays
If a client cancels a project, pauses communication, fails to provide required materials, or delays approvals, StartWebTop may pause work, adjust the timeline, or close the project. Payments already made may be non-refundable to the extent they cover time, planning, design, development, consulting, setup, or completed work.
Specific cancellation or refund terms may be defined in the project proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
12. Revisions and Approvals
Revision limits, review rounds, and approval steps may vary by project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments within the approved scope and direction.
A request that changes the original direction, structure, design, page count, content scope, functionality, or project requirements may be treated as additional work.
13. Launch, Maintenance, and Support
Website launch may require client approval, access to domain or hosting accounts, form endpoint setup, DNS changes, third-party account access, content approval, and final testing.
Unless ongoing support is included in the project scope, post-launch updates, troubleshooting, SEO work, content changes, hosting issues, analytics setup, ad changes, or maintenance may require a separate agreement or additional fee.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client may use the final approved website deliverables for their business after the agreed payment has been completed.
StartWebTop may retain ownership of reusable methods, processes, code patterns, design systems, templates, internal tools, know-how, frameworks, and non-client-specific materials used to create websites or provide services.
Third-party assets, fonts, software, plugins, stock images, icons, scripts, or tools may be subject to their own licenses and restrictions.
15. Portfolio and Project Examples
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, StartWebTop may reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, proposals, or marketing materials. This may include the client’s business name, website link, screenshots, project category, and general description of work performed.
StartWebTop will not intentionally publish confidential internal information, private business data, login credentials, or sensitive client materials.
16. No Guaranteed Results
StartWebTop may help improve website structure, content clarity, mobile usability, SEO setup, Google Business Profile / Maps visibility signals, landing pages, forms, tracking, or advertising setup. However, StartWebTop does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, revenue, conversion rates, cost per lead, ad approval, Google Maps placement, or business outcomes.
Results can depend on many factors outside StartWebTop’s control, including competition, market demand, pricing, reputation, reviews, response speed, advertising budget, search behavior, location, seasonality, client operations, and third-party platform changes.
17. Testimonials, Case Studies, and Examples
Case studies, portfolio examples, screenshots, descriptions, or testimonials are provided for informational purposes and may not represent typical or guaranteed results. Any performance numbers should be considered only if they are clearly stated as verified and tied to a specific tracked period.
18. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse this website or its forms. You may not submit spam, false information, malicious code, unlawful content, unauthorized access attempts, abusive messages, or content that infringes the rights of others.
StartWebTop may block, ignore, delete, or report submissions that appear abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or unrelated to legitimate business inquiries.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StartWebTop disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StartWebTop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, service interruption, or third-party platform issues.
Any liability related to a paid project may be limited by the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written agreement.
22. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StartWebTop from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your submitted materials, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or your business’s products, services, claims, or operations.
